About the Deals

Are the prices on BestBuysUSA accurate?
We pull prices directly from Amazon's official API, so the prices shown are accurate at the time we fetch them. However, Amazon prices change frequently — sometimes within minutes. Always click through to Amazon to confirm the current price before purchasing. We refresh our deals regularly to keep pricing as current as possible.
Why is a deal showing a different price on Amazon than on your site?
Amazon prices are dynamic and can change multiple times per day. A price drop we featured may have ended, or Amazon may have updated the price since we last refreshed. We recommend acting quickly on deals that interest you, as prices can revert at any time. If you notice a significant discrepancy, feel free to let us know.
How do you choose which deals to feature?
Our deals are curated based on three factors: genuine price drop (we look for meaningful discounts from the original or list price), product quality (customer ratings and review count), and availability (we exclude out-of-stock items). We do not accept payment from brands or sellers to feature their products — our curation is purely based on value.
How often are deals updated?
Our deals feed pulls fresh data from Amazon's API daily. Featured deals and Editor's Picks are refreshed regularly to reflect current pricing and availability. Lightning Deals and time-sensitive offers are highlighted when detected.
Do you have a price history feature?
Not currently. For detailed price history on any Amazon product, we recommend using CamelCamelCamel.com — a free tool that tracks Amazon price history over time. This is a great way to verify whether a "sale" price is genuinely a good deal.

Buying & Purchasing

Do I buy products directly from BestBuysUSA?
No. BestBuysUSA is a deals discovery platform, not a retailer. When you click "View Deal," you are taken directly to Amazon's product page where you complete your purchase. All transactions, shipping, returns, and customer service are handled entirely by Amazon.
Is it safe to purchase through your links?
Absolutely. Our links take you directly to Amazon.com — one of the world's largest and most trusted retailers. You purchase through Amazon's secure checkout, and your payment information is handled entirely by Amazon. We never see or handle your payment details.
How do returns work?
Returns are handled directly by Amazon according to their standard return policy. BestBuysUSA has no involvement in the purchase, fulfillment, or return process. If you have issues with an order, contact Amazon customer service directly.
Does clicking your links cost me anything extra?
No. You pay exactly what Amazon charges for the product — not a penny more. BestBuysUSA earns a small affiliate commission from Amazon's budget when you make a qualifying purchase. This does not affect the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

Using the Site

Do I need to create an account to use BestBuysUSA?
No. BestBuysUSA is completely free to use and requires no account registration. Browse all deals, search by keyword, and filter by category and discount level without signing up for anything.
How do I search for a specific product?
Use the search bar at the top of any page. Type a product name, brand, or category (e.g., "air fryer," "Sony headphones," "coffee maker") and press Enter. Results are pulled live from Amazon's product database.
What do the filter options mean?
The filter bar lets you narrow deals by discount level: 20%+ Off shows only products with at least a 20% discount, 30%+ Off and 50%+ Off increase that threshold. Active Deals filters to products with a currently running Amazon deal (Lightning Deals, Prime Exclusive Deals, etc.).
Will you add Walmart, Target, and Best Buy deals?
Yes — that's on our roadmap. We're launching with Amazon first to ensure deal quality, and we'll be adding Walmart, Target, and Best Buy comparisons in future updates. The category tabs and filter system are already built to support multiple retailers.

Can I submit a deal I found?
Yes! We love deal tips from our community. Use our Contact form and select "Submit a Deal" as the subject. Include the product name and Amazon link. We review all submissions and will feature the best ones.
How do I report an expired or incorrect deal?
Please contact us with the product name or link and we'll remove or update it promptly. Keeping our deals accurate is a top priority and we appreciate the help.
I'm a brand or seller — can I pay to have my product featured?
No. BestBuysUSA does not accept paid placements, sponsored deals, or brand partnerships that influence our editorial curation. Our deals are featured purely on merit. If you have a product that is genuinely on sale with a meaningful discount, it may naturally appear in our feed through our API — no payment required.
